Terms Of BusinessDELIVERY Postage and packing in the UK is £3.80 regardless of the number of items you order. This includes BFPO addresses. Packages are sent Recorded First Class by the Royal Mail and need to be signed for. We also deliver to Mainland Europe and Eire for £8.00 and USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia for £12.00, regardless of the number of items you order. Orders on standard delivery are usually dispatched within 3 or 4 days but please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery from date of payment. Overseas order may take up to 28 days for delivery. If you desperately need the order for a certain date within the UK mainland we offer a special delivery service with delivery within 2 working days for only £6.80. For rush orders for other areas please contact us and we may be able to arrange a chargeable faster delivery service. We will dispatch goods to any requested address, regardless of billing address, but we reserve the right to refuse any order prior to dispatch. ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS You can cancel the order at any time for a full refund, until the item has been marked ready for dispatch. You will then be liable for the postage and packing costs. You can return the product within 14 days of dispatch for any reason. However, if the item is not faulty, we will issue you a credit note to the value of your product or send you a replacement item if you prefer. This does not affect your statutory rights. CUSTOM PRODUCTS We cannot print any slogan that contains words copyrighted by another individual or company, or to promote a company/person without their permission. As a socially responsible business we reserve the right to refuse to print certain slogans we deem to be of an offensive nature on children’s clothes or kit. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS From time to time, we will occasionally send newsletters detailing new products or special offers. If you no longer wish to receive these offers you may click the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter which will automatically remove you from the mailing list.
